I have the right to refuse any commission without explanation.

I send invoices using Square.

All commissions must be paid in full upfront.

Refunds will be based on how much work has been completed.

Re-uploading the commissioned piece WITH credit is allowed.

All commissions are non-commercial unless stated otherwise.

Do not claim artwork as your own.

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it or use it for anything other than personal use.

Unless stated otherwise, all commissioned work is for non-commercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services, or social media pages is prohibited.

The client has permission to repost the artwork on Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Facebook,or Discord, SO LONG as proper credit is given. (ie: A link back to my Twitter, Instagram, or ArtStation page.)

My watermark/signature must remain intact and unaltered.

Altering my artwork in ANY WAY without asking for permission before hand. (Exceptions made for cropping/resizing for icon use.)

Tracing or repurposing the artwork.

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Re-selling the artwork to someone else.

I use Square to send invoices to clients.

Clients are charged in USD.

Commission work will not begin until the invoice is paid.

If the commission is cancelled by me or the client before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.

If the client cancels the commission after some work has been completed then the client will only recieve a partial refund.

Refunds are not available for nearly completed commissions.

The artist reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time for any reason.

If the artist cancels the commission after payment has been made, a full refund will be sent.

Discussion of commissions will conducted via Email.

If @Maladaptive_M's Twitter DMs are available at the time then contacting them that way is fine.

Client must provide at least one clear and understandable visual reference. Please provide any additional information that I may need to know to create the piece.

Commission results may vary based on clarity of references provided.

If no visual references exist then a design fee may be added to your commission. Design fees vary from $5 - $20 based on complexity of your description.

Spamming me for updates on your commission will result in cancelation of the commission.

I will give you an estimated time of completion.

I will keep you updated if something happens to change your completion date.

Commissions generally take 1-4 weeks to complete.

If you need something done by a certain date then please let me know before hand. I will try my best to get things done before your requested deadline.

If you need the piece done in less then a week there may be an added "Rush Job" fee.

If I fail to complete a commission within 60 days then a complete refund will be issued.

All MAJOR changes must be made at this stage.

This includes any changes to poses, outfits, styles, props, body shapes.

During this phase you may ask for colour changes.

During this phase you may request changes for background elements and particle effects.

These are a "Ya get what ya get" kind of commission. In order to get these out fast there are no sketch checks or changes available.
